Both properties feature fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. A Smart TV or Apple AirPlay is also available.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach, restaurants, the harbour, and the city centre?
Villa Solara is just a 10-minute drive from the nearest beach in Scopello, offering stunning coastal views and access to Zingaro Nature Reserve. Casa di Limoni is about 15 minutes from the golden beaches of Noto.

There are several public parking facilities located very close to the apartment. Alicante Airport is easily reachable in about 20 minutes by taxi. All modern transport options are available nearby, including taxis, buses, trams and Uber, making the apartment highly accessible.
